Poca Terms of Use and Content Notice

Poca provides tools for personal collection organization, visual effects and display. It is not a marketplace, a rights-clearance service or an authenticity certification service.

Content and intellectual property
You retain any rights you hold in your own content. Rights in imported images, artwork, likenesses, trademarks and other materials remain with their respective owners. Possessing a physical photocard does not by itself grant permission to reproduce, distribute, publicly display or commercially exploit its imagery. Only import and use material you are entitled to use, and check the applicable rights before exporting or sharing it. Use of Poca does not grant additional rights to third-party content.
Do not use Poca for unlawful content, infringement, harassment, impersonation or violations of another person's privacy or other rights. Poca is not affiliated with, endorsed by or officially associated with any artist, agency, publisher or brand shown in a user's collection unless explicitly stated.
Public examples supplied by Poca use original or appropriately licensed material. AI-generated fictional examples, when identified as such, do not represent a real person's endorsement. User-imported material is not reviewed or certified by Poca.

Personal storage and sync
Poca works with local data and optional private iCloud sync. Keep track of sync status, especially before deleting the app or changing devices. Only successfully synced data can be restored from iCloud. Sync also propagates deletions and is not a versioned backup. Network outages, exhausted storage and account changes can delay or prevent transfer. We aim to protect your collection but cannot promise uninterrupted services or recovery of data that never synced. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Launch Free effects
Some effects are labelled Launch Free. They are available at no charge in this launch version. No subscription, automatic renewal or future payment is started by using them. Future prices, purchase options and eligibility, if introduced, will be clearly disclosed before a purchase. This label is not a promise that all future effects will remain free. A future change will not silently charge you for existing use.

Sharing and third-party services
Recommend Poca shares a description and website/download link through the system share sheet. User-selected destinations, Apple iCloud and other third-party services have their own terms. Poca does not operate a public user-content feed in this version.

Reports, support and changes
For concerns about Poca's own app, website or example materials, send the relevant location, a description of your concern, your contact details and, for rights complaints, evidence of your authority to act to support@pickrabbit.com. Please do not send private collection images unless necessary. We will review legitimate concerns and take appropriate action. These terms may change as the app develops; updated terms will be available in the app and on the website. Applicable mandatory consumer and privacy rights remain unaffected.
